盐酸舍曲林治疗2型糖尿病痛性神经病变伴抑郁症患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸舍曲林治疗2型糖尿病痛性神经病变伴抑郁症患者的疗效。方法 82例2型糖尿病痛性神经病变伴抑郁症患者随机分为舍曲林组(45例)和对照组(37例),对照组对2型糖尿病和痛性神经病进行常规治疗,舍曲林组在此基础上给予抗抑郁药物盐酸舍曲林(50mg/d),治疗4周。以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评定抗抑郁疗效,采用数字疼痛评分法(NPRS)评估疼痛的改善情况。结果舍曲林组与对照组比较,HAMD-17评分明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),NPRS评分也低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论盐酸舍曲林治疗不仅可以缓解患者的抑郁症状,而且可以缓解患者疼痛。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of sertraline hydrochloride on type 2 diabetes mellitus（DM）patients with painful peripheral neuropathy accompanied by depression.Methods Eighty-four type 2 DM patients with painful peripheral neuropathy accompanied by depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the control group received routine treatment for type 2 DM and painful peripheral neuropathy,and the patients in the treatment group received routine treatment and administration of sertraline hydrochloride for 4 weeks（50 mg/d）. Hamilton Depression Rating Scale for Depression（HAMD-17）,and the Numerical Pain Rating Scale（NPRS）were used to estimate the efficacy.Results The scores of HAMD-17 in the treatment group were decreased significantly than those in the contol group（P〈0.01）.Compared with the control group,the NPRS scores in the treatment group were also lower（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Sertraline hydrochloride therapy not only can ease the patient′s depressive symptoms,but also can relieve pain in the patients of type 2 DM with painful painful peripheral neuropathy.
