摘　　要：桂林市某办公楼由于使用需要,按现行设计规范先对原结构进行直接增层加固改造设计。在尽量保留原结构的基础上,基础、梁和柱采用加大截面法,墙体采用增设壁柱法,并在原坡屋顶上增设新的结构层作为办公室楼面。通过对上述过程的设计分析,介绍了一些有效的方法,可供同类建筑加固改造参考。In order to meet the using demands,reconstruction design was made for the existing structure of an office building in Guilin by direct storey adding and floor reinforcement according to the current design code.Based on keeping the existing structure as far as possible,large section method was adopted for foundation,beams and columns,pilaster method was used for wall body,and new structure was added on top of existing slope roof to be used as office floor.Through design analysis of abovementioned process,some effective methods were introduced,which can be used as reference for the reinforcement and reconstruction of similar projects.
