摘  要:目的 探讨WBC和中性粒细胞(NE)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)和免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA和IgM)的变化与肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)病情轻重的关系以及对临床评估病情和疗效判定的意义.方法 184例患儿按病情分为轻症组(152例)和重症组(32例),以同期儿科门诊体检的健康儿童28例为对照组,所有患儿进行上述指标检测并进行对比.结果 重症组患儿WBC、NE、CRP、ESR和IgM水平分别为(13.76±3.83)×109/L、(71.14±9.97)%、(31.38±8.95)mg/L、(39.92±10.12)mm/l h、(2.57±1.06)g/L,均明显高于轻症组和对照组,其中以CRP的升高最为明显.轻症组患儿上述指标与对照组差异无统计学意义.结论 对CBP、WBC、NE、ESR和IgM多项感染炎症指标进行动态监测,对判断MPP病情轻重、辅助判断治疗效果有重要的临床意义.Objective To study the relation among the changes of inflammation-associated factors, white blood cell(WBC), neutrophils(NE), serum C reaction protein (CRP) ,erythrocyte sedimentation rate( ESR), serum IgG, IgA and IgM with the evaluation of the severity and effect of the therapy in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MMP). Methods The 184 cases were classified into two groups(slight in degree group and severe group) based on the severity of clinical prognostic. The levels of WBC, NE, serum CRP, ESR, serum IgG,IgA and IgM were detected in 184 children with MMP. Results The levels of WBC, NE,serum CRP, ESR and serum IgM in patients with severe MMP was significantly higher than that of slight in degree patients. The level of serum CRP was highest in patients with severe MMP. Compared with the control group, an indicator above-mentioned was not significantly in the slight in degree patients. Conclusion The intently detection of inflammation-associated factor, WBC, neutrophils, serum CRP, ESR, and serum IgM are valuable to evaluate the severity and the effect of therapy in MMP.
