摘 要:在原油开采过程中,随着采出液的处理,在系统各处理容器中沉降大量的油泥,这部分油泥造成注水水质严重超标,堵塞地层,影响注水井增注措施效果,直接排放又对环境造成严重的污染。重点论述油田采出液中含油污泥的固化机理、无害化处理工艺及工业化应用效果,认为该项技术先进、使用可靠,解决了含油污泥长期困扰油田注水、外排水水质超标以及污泥对环境造成污染的问题。Abstract During the process of crude oil production, a lot of volume of oily mud has been deposited in each processing vessel along with the processing of produced liquid. The oily mud will cause the content of floating particulate in water injection exceeding standard seriously, and block the formation, and influence the effect of increasing injection of water injection well and lead to serious pollution if disposing it directly. The solidity principle, the process of making it harmless and the effect of industrialization application of oily mud in produced liquid from oilfield are described. A conclusion that the technology is advance and reliable is made. The problems such as oily mud disturbing water injection of oilfield and making the quality of disposed water inferior and causing pollution to environment are solved.
