摘 要:针对阜新刘家煤层区块受侵入岩影响严重的实际情况,分析了侵入岩对储层物性特征的影响,利用煤层气产出的双重介质气、水两相流固耦合数学模型对刘家区块进行了侵入岩分区影响的煤层气产出规律仿真分析,并模拟了井网布置对煤层气产能的影响.仿真结果表明:考虑侵入岩影响的气、水生产曲线与实际生产曲线较为一致;侵入岩附近的井4最大产气速率为4 697m3/d,远离侵入岩的井2最大产气速率为2 002 m3/d,侵入岩附近的井产量较高;在侵入岩附近布置三角形井网、适当扩大井网间距后,区块的总产气速率由33 842 m3/d增加至40 742 m3/d,在侵入岩附近布置井网有利于提高区块产能.In allusion to the actual situation of Liujia CBM field affected seriously by intrusive rock,the effect of intrusive rock on physical property of coal seam was analyzed,the rule of CBM drainage and the pattern arrangement under the divisional effect of intrusive rock were researched using gas-water two-phase fluid-solid coupling mathematical model of the pore-fissure double-medium.The results show that the deliverability curves of gas and water are nearly consistent with actual production curves when considering the effect of intrusive rock,the maximum gas production rate of the fourth well near intrusive rock is 4 697 m3/d,the maximum gas production rate of the second well far away from intrusive rock is 2 002 m3/d,and the production rate of wells near intrusive rock are higher,with the total production rate of block increasing from 33 842 m3/d to 40 742 m3/d when arranging triangle well pattern near intrusive rock and expanding the spacing between wells reasonably,and arranging well pattern near intrusive rock is beneficial to improve the block productivity.
