摘 要:"三软"中厚煤层不规则块段、边角零星块段煤炭资源安全高效的回收,是淮北矿区可持续发展过程中亟待解决的关键问题之一.为此,在淮北双龙公司开展了"三软"中厚煤层复杂困难条件下的组合滑移支架适用性研究.采用理论计算、数值模拟分析及现场实践相结合的综合研究手段,研究了支架的稳定性和工作阻力合理值.研究表明,支架前后支柱间距设计不合理,前柱承受97%的顶板载荷、支架额定工作阻力为2 800 kN时对工作面围岩控制能够起到较好的效果以及在直接顶平整条件下组合滑移支架工作阻力均未超过其额定工作阻力.工程实践表明,组合滑移支架适合于直接顶较为平整的"三软"中厚煤层,该条件下工作面产量实现3.5万t/月,而对直接顶受火成岩侵入地段适用性较差.The high efficient recovery of "three-soft" medium thick coal seam with irregular blocks is a key problem needing to be solved urgently in the process of sustainable development in Huaibei mine area.Therefore,Huaibei Shuanglong Corporation launched an applicability study of combined slip support under the complex and difficult conditions of "three-soft" medium thick coal seam.Using theoretical calculations,numerical simulation analysis,and field practice for a comprehensive research tool,we study the stability of the support and the reasonable working resistance and summarize the problems in engineering applications.The result shows that the spacing design between the front-back pillars of the support is unreasonable,making the front pillars bearing 97% roof load.When the rated working resistance of support is 2 800 kN,it can control the working face surrounding rock well;while under the condition of the leveling immediate roof,the working resistance does not exceed its rated working resistance.Engineering practice shows that the combined sliding support is suitable to the leveling immediate roof of "three-soft" medium thick coal seam,with the production of the working face in this condition achieving 35 000 t per month.However,the support applicability of the immediate roof is poor to igneous intrusion area.
