摘 要:采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,对平顶山某矿己煤组工作面穿越戊煤组上山巷道开采的可行性进行了预测和分析.根据采后模型应力重新分布的情况得出裂隙带的发育高度,并结合经验公式法的计算结果,得出了裂隙带的高度最大值小于层间距,不会影响戊组上山巷道通风安全的结论;同时根据采后巷道所在层位岩层的水平和垂直位移,得出巷道围岩的水平变形、倾斜和曲率值,经与巷道允许的极限变形值比较,确定了戊组上山巷道的破坏范围和程度.结果表明,戊组上山巷道经局部维修后不会影响其通风功能,下煤层穿越上山开采是安全可行的.Based on the FLAC3D numerical simulation software,we predict and analyze the feasibility of the working faces of the sixth seam across over the fifth seam rise-entry in a mine of Pingdingshan Coal Co.Ltd.According to the model stress redistribution after the working faces have been mined,we obtain the height of fracture zone.The results of empirical method reveales that the maximum height of fracture zone is less than the spacing between the fifth seam and the sixth seam.So the safety of the ventilation of rise-entry will not be affected.After mining all faces,the values of horizontal strain,slope and curvature are calculated according to the horizontal and vertical displacement of surrounding rock of the fifth seam rise-entry.These values are compared with the allowable deformation of the fifth seam rise-entry and the destruction scope and degree concluded.Numerical simulation results show that,with the maintenance measures being taken in the local place of the rise-entry,the working faces of the sixth seam across over rise-entry is safe and feasible,indicating that the numerical simulation prediction of strata movement and deformation is an economical and effective method.
