摘 要:沿空留巷的顶板围岩过度的变形将导致围岩的结构破坏,使顶板岩层完全丧失自身承载能力.利用理论分析的方法分析了沿空留巷顶板围岩应力分布特点,提出了基于锚杆+w钢带的锚索耦合支护技术.通过锁具的挤压给巷道顶板围岩提供预紧力,限制顶板围岩变形,维持顶板围岩完整性.分析了锚索耦合支护的力学机理、技术原理及技术特点,得出了沿空留巷顶板支护载荷的计算公式.研究成果应用于新立煤矿运输平巷沿空留巷支护工程,通过现场监测验证了支护方案的合理性,并取得了显著的经济效益.Excessive deformation of the surrounding rock in gob-side entry retaining leads to the damage of surrounding rock structure and the rock lose its self-bearing ability.Anchor cable coupling support based on bolt and steel band can provide pretightening force for the roof through the extrusion of anchor lock to limit the deformation of surrounding rock and to maintain the integrity of the surrounding rock.This paper analyzes the stress distribution characteristics of the roof surrounding rock based on theoretical method in gob-side entry retaining,the support load calculation,the mechanics and technology mechanism,the key point and the technical characteristics of the bolt-mesh-anchor coupling support.The results has been applied to haulage gateway support project in gob-side entry retaining in Xinli coal mine,which is proved rational and has achieved remarkable economic benefits.
