摘 要:干旱区玛纳斯河流域水资源严重紧缺,用于防风固沙的人工植被梭梭,在刚种植的1-3年内常常不得不利用较高矿化度的地下水进行补充灌溉,为了给干旱区水资源多种利用和荒漠生态系统的维护提供科学依据,通过测坑试验,采用3种矿化度(1g/L、3g/L、6g/L)的微咸水对2年生梭梭进行补充灌溉试验。研究结果表明,较高矿化度微咸水对梭梭生理活动与生长速率具有明显的影响:灌溉水矿化度由1g/L增大到6g/L时,其蒸腾速率与光合速率分别减少20%、35%;在充分供水条件下梭梭生长速率随灌溉水矿化度的增大而减少,在生长旺盛期6g/L灌溉的株高、枝长与冠幅生长率分别比1g/L减少51%、52%、52%;当灌溉水矿化度由1g/L升高到6g/L时,梭梭各生育阶段的耗水量呈下降趋势,生育期总耗水量减少22.1%。With the serious shortage of water resource in Manas River Basin in an arid area,Haloxylno ammodendron,windproof and dune-fixing plants are often irrigated by groundwater which contains comparatively high salinity.Three salinity brackish water(1g/L、3g/L、6g/L) were adopted to irrigate the Haloxylno ammodendron,which has grown two years.The conclusion is that the comparatively high salinity brackish water has remarkable effect on the physiological activity and growth rate of Haloxylno ammodendron,when the salinity of irrigation water increased from 1g/L to 6g/L,the transpiration rate and photosynthetic rate respectively decreased to 20% and 35%.Under the full irrigation condition,the growth rate of Haloxylno ammodendron decreased with the increase of irrigation water salinity.During the fastest-growing period,the height of plant,the length of branch and the growth rate of crown diameter respectively decreased 51%、52%、52% by comparing with irrigation water salinity 1g/L.While the irrigation water salinity increased from 1g/L to 6g/L,the consumption water within each mature period of Haloxylno ammodendron has a descent trend.The total consumption water during the mature period decreased by 22.1%.This research will provide theoretical and practical references for using water resource and ecological protection in arid areas.
