摘 要:针对模糊聚类分析法在大规模定制中处理用户需求时,忽略用户需求与产品质量特性之间联系的问题,提出了基于Kano模型用户需求分类的同步多产品设计方法。通过Kano模型对用户需求进行分类,将用户需求按不同需求类别和需求权重重组成多类具有不同功能属性的产品需求组,再利用质量功能展开来实现用户需求的转换,使产品设计过程从需求空间向设计空间映射,实现同时对多类产品进行设计。以洗衣机的产品设计实例演示了该设计方法。Considering that the link between customer requirements and product quality characteristics was ignored when fuzzy cluster analysis was used to process customer requirements in Mass Customization(MC),a simultaneous multi-product design method was put forward based on the classification of customer requirements.Customer requirements were classified through Kano model.Then,multiple product requirement groups with different function characteristics were recombined based on different customer requirements categories and weights.The customer requirements were translated into product characteristics by using Quality Function Deployment(QFD),which realized mapping from need space to design space for product design process.The state was formed to structure multi-product design model simultaneously.Finally,the design method was demonstrated by a case of washing machine design.
