摘　　要：目的:提出构建灵活可靠、简单易用的标准化临床电子数据采集系统设计方案,同时满足门诊和住院的临床电子数据采集需要。方法:在分析医院目前临床资料电子化采集过程中所存在的问题的基础上,结合医学科研数据的分析要求与现有医院信息化系统的数据特点,进行系统方案设计。结果:标准化临床电子数据采集系统能获得符合统计学分析要求的医学科研数据。结论:标准化临床电子数据采集系统对于解决如何利用好临床电子数据切实为医疗、管理服务的问题,以及实现临床资料的标准化、规范化、个性化管理等均具有积极的意义。Objective To establish a design plan to build the flexible,reliable,and easy-to-use standard clinical electronic data collection system （CEDC）.Methods Based on the analyses of the current problems in electronic clinical data collection,the features of actual clinical data,and demands of medical study data,the system design plan was proposed.Results CEDC met the outpatient and inpatient clinical electronic data capture needs.It could capture the medical data according with statistical analysis demand.Conclusion CEDC has a positive meaning of addressing how to make effective use of clinical electronic data for medical,management services,as well as realizing standard management of clinical data.
