新型平战通用单侧组合式骨外固定器的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨一种新型的平战通用单侧组合式骨外固定器治疗四肢骨折的价值。方法:以2006-01—2009-06某医院应用该外固定器治疗四肢骨折48例为研究材料,对治疗结果进行回顾分析。结果:42例患者术后伤口一期愈合,术后随访3～36个月,所有骨折均在8～30周愈合,肢体功能满意,无骨不连和其他并发症发生。结论:新型平战通用单侧组合式骨外固定器设计新颖,结构简洁,质量小,体积小,操作方便,固定牢固,无电钻或手摇钻时也能实施骨折自攻穿钉与固定一体化操作,符合平战通用及野外救灾抢险时的需要,提高保障能力。Objective To evaluate the accessibility of applying a new kind of unilateral composite external fixator in treating upper or lower extremity fractures.Methods From January 2006 to June 2009,48 cases were treated with this fixator.Results 42 cases recovered with primary healing.All cases were followed up for 6-36 months after operation,and all fractures healed in 8-30 weeks and limb function was satisfactory.There were no nonunion and other complications.Conclusion The structure of the new external fixation devoice is simple and novel,and the manipulation of it is convenience.Meantime it has the privileges of light weight,little volume,secure stabilization.The new external fixation can be applied in extremity fractures without power drill and crank drill,so it can strengthen the capability of emergent supply in the field battle and in the emergency.
