应用痔疮健康教育笔缩短痔疮患者住院时间的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用痔疮健康教育笔对痔疮患者住院时间的影响。方法:选取225例痔疮住院患者,随机分为2组,对照组115例,实验组110例。2组患者均根据入院、住院、手术前、手术后和出院时不同时期的住院特点开展全程分期健康教育。在对实验组进行分期常规健康教育的基础上,发放给患者1支痔疮健康教育笔,供患者及家属随时学习。对2组患者的住院时间进行统计学分析。结果:实验组的平均住院时间为(8.82±0.45)d,对照组的平均住院时间为(9.96±0.31)d,实验组的住院时间明显短于对照组,2组的差异具有统计学意义。结论:在常规健康教育的基础上应用痔疮健康教育笔能够有效缩短痔疮患者的住院时间,具有经济和社会效益。Objective To study shortening hospitalization time by using health-education-pen.Methods 225 hemorrhoids patients were divided into the experiment group（115 cases）and the control group（110 cases）.Both groups accepted routine health education,while the health-education-pen was being used in the experiment group in addition.Results The average hospitalization time were（8.82±0.45）days in experiment group compared with（9.96±0.31）days in control group.There was significant statistical difference between the two groups.Conclusion Using health-education-pen can shorten the hospitalization time of hemorrhoids patients.
