摘　　要：目的:研制一种应用于四肢骨折治疗的快速外固定系统。方法:将若干个钳夹通过万向连接器与连接杆相连接,构成无需安装穿透性固定针的快速外固定系统,可用于临时固定或长期固定。结果:应用该系统完成了45例四肢开放性骨折治疗手术,操作过程简单、快速,手术效果好,杜绝了由于外固定给伤病员造成的髓腔内二次感染。结论:该系统适用于各类四肢骨折的外固定,特别适用于突发性灾害、战争中等大批性骨折伤病员的救治。Objective To design and study an external fixator for rapid application to limb fractures in a disaster or battlefield scenario.Methods The rapid external fixator,without the need for the penetrating fixation needle,was composed of several clamps connected with the link rod by the universal connector,which could be used for temporary or long-term fixation.Results 45 patients with open tibial fractures were treated with the new rapid external fixator.The new rapid external fixator needed no complicated fixing,which could be fixed simply and avoid bone infection.Conclusion The new rapid external fixator can be used quickly to fix the unstable limb fracture.It can serve as a new type of rapid external fixation in a disaster or battlefield scenario due to its small size,light weight and easy application.
