摘　　要：目的:分析生物安全柜的质量和性能,保障实验室人员安全、可靠的使用生物安全柜。方法:对生物安全柜的性能缺陷进行识别、检测和评价,对使用情况进行调查。结果:检测中出现噪声超标的现象。结论该生物安全柜存在部分缺陷,实验室应制定有效的安全柜使用管理制度,提供必要的防护设施和防护手段,确保实验室人员的安全。Objective： The anther aims to ensure the safety of the lab staffby analyzing the quality of the biosafety cabinetry. Methods： The anther probes into the operation of the biosafety cabinetry by identifying, checking and assessing the defects of the biosafety cabinetry. Results： The biosafety cabinetry have the defect of noise. Conclusions： The conclusion is that there live some defects in the biosafety cabinetry. The lab should build up an affection administration system to offer necessary protection facilities and protection methods to ensure the safety of lab staff.
