摘  要:根据对市售21家生产的用溴甲酸绿法测定血清白蛋白试剂盒检定结果的研究分析,发现它们的终浓度有较大差异,直接影响测定血清白蛋白的结果.为此我们以DoumasBCG法为基础,分别观察不同BCG、Brji-35浓度和工作液pH值,对试剂测定白蛋白测定的灵敏度(△A=A4.0g/L-AR.B)、不准确反(与定值质控血清靶值比较的偏差)及试剂空白吸光值A628nm三方面的影响,得出①工作浪pH王好控制在pH4.20±0.05范围内,不得超出pH4.20±0.10.②卫生部颁发的溴甲酚绿法测定血清白蛋白质量暂行技术标准中应增设试剂空白吸光值的下限.③当pH一定时(pH4.20±0.05),试剂空白吸光度值在接受BCG和Brij-35浓度的影响,两者的加入量应控制在一定比例即:BCG:Brij-35=1:11.Serum albumin commercial kits produced by 21 companies was studied. The final concentration ofbromocresol green (BCG) and Brij-35 varied greatly among these kits,which directly effected test results. Influences were observed on sensitivity (△A=A4. 0g/L-AR. B),inaccuracy and blank absorbency (A628nm) byconcentration of BCG and Brij-35 and of work solution using BCG method. Conclusions were described as fol-lows:①pH of work so1ution was 4. 20±0. 10,pH 4. 20±0. 05 was better. ②The lower lindt of blank absorbanceshould be supplemented in the tentative standard for deterndnation of serum albumin with BCG method issued bythe Ministry of Public Health. ③When pH value was constant,reagent blank absorbency was directly relative toconcentration of BCG and Brij- 35. BCG: Brij-35= 1:11 was the preferred.
