生肌膏外敷为主综合治疗糖尿病慢性溃疡伤口32例临床护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨生肌膏外敷为主综合治疗在糖尿病慢性溃疡伤口的应用及护理。方法:将62例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组32例患者伤口予生肌膏外敷、生长因子外喷及TDP灯局部照射并实施辨证护理,对照组30例患者伤口予常规外科换药处理和护理。以30d为1个疗程,观察2个疗程,比较分析疗效。结果:治疗组在临床症状方面的改善明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用生肌膏外敷为主综合疗法并实施辨证护理应用于糖尿病慢性溃疡伤口具有良好的效果。Objective： TO explore the application of tissue regeneration ointment in the treatment of wound of chronic ulcers due to diabetes and nursing care. Methods： 62 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 32 ） and control group （ n = 30）. In the treatment group, the patients were treated with application of tissue regeneration ointment, spraying growth factor, irradiation with TDP lamp and dialectical nursing care was implemented at the same time, and in the control group the patients received conventional surgical dressing treatment and nursing care. 30 days were taken as a course of treatment. The observation was made for 2 courses and then the efficacy was compared and analyzed. Results： The improvement of clinical symptoms was significantly better in the treatment group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Tissue regeneration ointment - based therapy combined with dialectical nursing care is very effective with good outcome in the treatment of chronic ulcers due to diabetes.
