摘　　要：本文对海南国际旅游岛建设的开放政策、体制创新、发展方式和国际合作等相关问题加以研究。In this paper we make thorough discussion and research into the opening policy, system innovation,development way as well as international cooperation for the construction of Hainan international traveling island.
