厄贝沙坦与吲哒帕胺联合治疗老年高血压病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合应用厄贝沙坦和吲哒帕胺对老年性轻、中度血压病的疗效、顺应性及对靶器官损害的影响。方法:采用自身对照方法,观察厄贝沙坦联合吲哒帕胺对65例老年高血压患者动态血压及代谢参数的影响。厄贝沙坦剂量为150mg/d,吲哒帕胺为1.5mg/d,1个疗程为6个月。结果:总有效率为90.8%,治疗后血肌酐、血β2微球蛋白、尿α1微球蛋白显著降低(P<0.05),24h收缩期均压(MSBP)、舒张期均压(MDBP)、白昼收缩期均压(dMSBP)、夜间收缩期均压(nMSBP)、夜间舒张期均压(nMDBP)显著降低(P<0.01),白昼舒张期均压(dMDBP)显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦和小剂量吲哒帕胺联合应用,对老年轻、中度血压疗效显著,作用平稳,不影响代谢,尤其适用于有肾脏损害的老年高血压病患者。Objective：To investigate the efficacy and safety of irbesartan in combination with indapamide in elderly with essential hypertension.Methods：65 elderly patiants with essential hypertension were treated with the combination of irbesartan and indapamide.24 h ambulatory blood pressure momitoring and the metabolic parameters were observed.Used irbesartan 150 mg/d,indapamide 1.5 mg/d.The total follow-up period was 6 months.Results：The total efficacy rate was 90.8%.There were significant reductions of 24 h MSBP,MDBP,dMSBP,nMSBP,nMDBP（P〈0.01）and dMDBP（P〈0.05）.The serum Cr and Urine α1-MG were also significantly reduced（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of irbesartan and indapamide for the treatment of essential hypertension in elderly is effective and safe.
