摘 要:研究了碳热还原反应制备Ti(C1-xNx)时,原料成分C/Ti配比、反应温度、保温时间、氮气流量等因素对x值的影响。根据金属陶瓷产品的性能要求,通过准确控制这些因素,可制备出成分优良的不同Ti(C1-xNx)陶瓷粉末。制备了三种C﹑N成分含量的Ti(C1-xNx)粉末,并分别通过XRD衍射和SEM电镜扫描研究了它们的组织结构与形貌特征,找出了x值对Ti(C1-xNx)粉末晶格常数的影响规律,随着Ti(C1-xNx)中固溶N的含量的增多,其晶格常数逐渐变小。When the Ti(C1-xNx) was prepared by carbothermal reaction, the influence of C/Ti ratio in raw materials, reaction temperature, holding time and N2, flow on the x value was studied. Different Ti Ti(C1-xNx) powder with good composition was synthesized by controlling the governing factors for the performance requirements of cermet. Three kinds of Ti Ti(C1-xNx) powder with different content of C and N were obtained by this technology, then their microstructure and surface topography were studied by XRD and SEM tests for researching the influence of x value on the lattice parameter of TiTi(C1-xNx) The results show that the lattice parameter decreas- es with increasing content of solid dissolved nitrogen in Ti(C1-xNx).
