摘  要:选择了数种不同类型表面活性剂:十二烷基苯磺酸、聚乙二醇、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,添加到硬质合金球磨介质(乙醇-PEG)中,并引入超声波作为辅助手段分散WC,利用紫外分光光度计测定的吸光度来表征WC的分散度。通过分散时间实验和沉淀对比实验,研究了超声波分散时间与表面活性剂品种对WC分散的影响。结论表明:延长超声波分散时间,可有助于WC在球磨介质中的分散;球磨助剂选用AEO-9,效果好于其余种类表面活性剂。Several kinds of surfactants, such as dodecyl benzene sulfonate, PEG, AEO-9, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bro- mide and CAB, were chosen to add in ball milling medium (alcohol-PEG). WC was dispersed by the supplementary means of ultra- sonic. The dispersion degree of WC was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Based on the dispersion time and precipitation comparison experiments, the influences of the ultrasonic dispersion time and variety of surfactants on WC dispersion were also studied. The results show that prolonging dispersion time is good for WC dispersion in ball milling medium, and the dispersion effect is better when choosing AEO-9 as milling additive.
