摘 要:针对车用天然气发动机,笔者自主开发了一套新型电控系统。该系统采用多片式ECU设计,其中怠速控制系统采用PID策略通过控制步进电机动作来进行怠速闭环控制,并通过串口和I2C分别与实验监控系统和其他子系统通信;点火系统分别通过控制初级点火线圈的闭合(通电)时间、断电时刻来主动控制点火能量和点火提前角;天然气喷射系统通过控制燃料喷射阀的通电时间来达到控制燃料喷射量的目的。同时,开发了一套实验监控系统,对发动机电控系统的工作参数实时监控。将该电控系统应用于JL465Q5车用天然气发动机,台架试验结果表明:电控系统运行可靠,满足设计要求。A new type of electronic control system was developed for automotive engines fueled with compressed natural gas(CNG).A multi-microcontroller strategy was used for ECU design.The idle speed control sub-system controlled the idle speed in closed-loop by stepper motor with PID algorithm.It was also used for communicating with the tuning up and monitoring system through 12C and communicating with other sub-systems by serial interface.For the ignition control sub-system,the spark ignition energy was controlled by adjusting the charging time of the primary ignition coil,and the spark advance angle was regulated by the power-off time.The natural gas injection quantity was regulated by the turn-on time of the fuel injection nozzle.A tuning up and monitoring system was developed,the operation parameters of the electronic control system can be monitored and tuned up on time.The electronic control system was used in automotive engine JL465Q5 fueled with CNG,bench test results show that the electronic control system is reliable,meets the design requirements.
