摘　　要：随着城市化、信息化的不断加快,传统规划编制信息系统基于AutoCAD平台,由于受平台限制,无法充分利用各类数据成果和共享规划成果,随着GIS技术的不断成熟和相关解决方案的不断完善,建立基于GIS平台的规划编制和共享已成为迫切需要。本文对南京江宁东山新市区中心区规划地理信息系统的建设方法和内容进行了阐述和研究。With the development of urbanization and informatization, as limited of the AutoCAD platform, which traditional planning information system based on, most data cannot be sufficient utilized and cannot be shared. As GIS technology has becoming matured and the related solution has improved, establishing planning platform and share system based on GIS has become imperative. This paper expounds and studies the construction methods and content of the three -dimensional Geographic Information System of the new city zone of Dongshan,Jiangning District,Nanjing.
