摘　　要：主要探讨了基于GPS参考站网、PDA及GPRS通信技术的土地执法动态巡查系统设计与实现,系统综合采用PDA、GPRS、三维技术实现,在实际运行中切实有效提高了土地巡查执法工作的效率、精度和公正性。This paper discusses the design and implementation of land law enforcement dynamic inspection system, which based on GPS Reference Station Network,PDA and GPRS communications technology. The System adopts PDA, GPRS,three-dimensional technology in general. In practice, the effective operation of the land inspection improves the efficiency of law enforcement, accuracy and impartiality.
