摘　　要：结合武汉某住宅小区的桩基工程,介绍了静压桩的挤土效应及减少效应的措施,对施工中的陷机、浮桩、配桩、倾斜等问题提出了解决方法,并总结了施工经验。Combined with pile foundation works of one residential quarter in Wuhan, the squeezing effect of soil of static pressure prestressed concrete pipe pile is introduced;at the same time corresponding countermeasures are proposed. According to problems encountered in construction resolving measures aer also introduced. In the end experiences are summarized.
