路盖克缓解口腔颌面部小手术后疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察路盖克对口腔颌面外科小手术患者术后疼痛的镇痛效果。方法：给５０例患者在局麻作用消失后口服路盖克２片，并记录服药后不同时间的疼痛缓解度。结果：在口服路盖克半小时后，镇痛总有效率为８６％，２ｈ后镇痛总有效率达１００％。结论：路盖克使用方便，不良反应小。OBJECTIVE:To observe the analgesic effect of Galake,a combination of dihydrocodeine tartrate and paracetamol,in treatment of post operative pain in oral and maxillafacial sugery.METHODS:50 outpatients who had been operated in this department were given Galake tablets for treatment of post operative pain and their analgesic effects were recorded.RESULTS:The total effect rate after half hour treatment with Galake was 86%and reached 100% after two hour treatment.CONCLUSION:Galake is a convenient and effective analgesic with mild ADRs for treatment of mild and moderate post operative pain.
