摘　　要：本文运用柯布—道格拉斯生产函数模型和索洛增长速度方程测算和分析了哈尔滨市从1986至2007年之间经济发展中各主要阶段的技术进步率和技术贡献份额变化情况,指出技术进步已成为哈尔滨市经济发展的主要动力。但是技术对经济的这种推动力并不稳定,出现明显的波动。In this paper, we estimate and analysis the changes of technological progress＇ rate and the changes of technology contribution during the main stages of economic development of Harbin from 1986 to 2007 with Cobb - Douglas production function model and the Solow growth equation , and note that technological progress has become the main driving force of economic development of Harbin . However, such a driving force of technology on the economy is not stable, and appears significant fluctuations.
