摘　　要：尖锐湿疣（ＣＡ）和寻常疣均由同一种人乳头瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）致病。我们根据自己应用放射性９０锶贴敷治疗寻常疣的经验，前瞻而随机地采用９０锶敷贴器治疗了１１例病人的８７个ＣＡ，均经一个疗程治愈，随访３～８（平均７２２±１５５）年，无一复发。９０锶贴敷治疗优于其它多种疗法，为临床治疗ＣＡ提供了一种简便、疗程短、费用低、无痛苦和瘢痕。The same kind of human papilloma virus(HPV)leaded to condyloma acuminatum(CA)and verruca vulgaris.According to clinical experience that oneself was treated verruca vulgaris used radionuclide 90 Sr-Applicator prospectively and random treated 87 CA of ten patients.All CA was cured in one course of treatment.Following-up from 1.0 to 7.0(mean 5.22±1.55)years,results suggest that CA isn't relapse after used 90 Sr-beta emitting surface applicator. 90 Sr-mounting method is superior to othermany therapy,and provided a superior method for clinical therapy that simple and convenient,one course of treatment being shorter,without pained scar,lesser expenses,cured CA isn't relapse.
