摘　　要：为了探讨尖锐湿疣（ＣＡ）患者的细胞免疫功能状态，我们采用医学计算机图像分析技术，对４２例ＣＡ患者的外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞核中嗜银颗粒（ＡｇＮＯＲ）与核的面积比进行测定，并与５０例正常人进行对照，结果发现，ＣＡ患者的ＡｇＮＯＲ／核面积数值与正常人相比，有显著性减低（Ｐ＜００１）。In order to study the cell-immune function of condyloma acuminatum(CA)patients,computer image analysis technique has been applied to 42 caser,measuring the angyropjollie nuclear orgion(AgNOR)/nuclear-area of the patients' blood-T lym phocyto and compared with 50 healthy persons.Comparative research shows that the CA patients'AgNoR/nuclear-area ratio is significantly lower than its normal persons'.Therefor,it is confirmed that the cellimmune function of CA patients is undermined.
