摘  要:通过引入双功能团单体甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEMA),将双键引入聚氨酯(PU)链中,再与苯乙烯(St)单体乳液聚合合成了交联型聚氨酯-聚苯乙烯(PUS)核壳复合乳液。研究了核壳质量比、HEMA用量对乳液及涂膜性能的影响,并用FTIR和TEM对聚合物结构和胶粒形态进行了表征。研究表明,随着核壳比的增大,乳液粒径和MFT先增大后减小,涂膜对高抗冲击聚苯乙烯(HIPS)塑料基材的附着力增加;HEMA用量增加,涂膜的耐水性和附着力提高。当核壳质量比为4/5,HEMA/PU为6%时,涂膜对HIPS塑料基材附着良好。Cross-linked polyurethane-polystyrene core-shell emulsion used for high impact polystyrene(HIPS) waterborne plastic coatings was prepared through emulsion polymerization of styrene and urethane prepolymer with end vinyl,which was synthesized by introducing a double bond of HEMA into the PU chain.The influences of the core-shell mass ratios and HEMA content on PUS emulsion and its film were discussed.Then the characterization of cross-linked emulsion was carried out by FTIR and TEM.It was testified that the adhesion of the film on HIPS was enhanced by increasing the core-shell mass ratios,while the particle size and the minimum film temperature(MFT) of the composite emulsion increased at first with the increase of the core-shell mass ratios,and then decreased.It was also found that the water resistance and the adhesion increased with the increase of HEMA content.The result showed that the adhesion of the film on HIPS performs well when the core-shell ratios and HEMA/ PU were respectively 4/5,6%.
