细菌性阴道病联合检测技术在阴道合并感染诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨细菌性阴道病联合检测技术在阴道合并感染诊断中的应用价值。方法:对352例患者的阴道分泌物分别进行过氧化氢浓度、唾液酸酶和白细胞酯酶三项联合测定,同时用生理盐水湿片显微镜镜检。结果:应用BV三项联合技术结合湿片镜检测定352例患者的阴道分泌物,BV阳性61例,阳性率17.3%。在61例BV患者中合并霉菌性阴道炎14例,占BV患者23.0%,合并感染滴虫性阴道炎4例,占BV患者6.6%。结论:三项联合检测操作简单、快速、准确,从功能上反映了阴道正常菌和致病菌的指标,可作为阴道分泌物常规检查项目,通过对阴道微生态的评价,可对阴道合并感染进行常规筛查。Objective：To explore the application value of joint detection of bacterial vaginosis in diagnosis of vaginal complicated infection.Methods：The vaginal secretions of 352 cases were detected by joint detection of hydrogen peroxide concentration,sialidase and leukocyte esterase,at the same time,saline wet sheet glass and microscopy were conducted.Results：The positive rate of bacterial vaginosis was 17.3%（61 cases）,among 61 cases with bacterial vaginosis,14 cases were complicated with mycotic vaginitis,accounting for 23.0%;4 cases were complicated with trichomonas vaginitis,accounting for 6.6%.Conclusion：Joint detection is simple,quick and accurate,which can reflect indexes of normal vaginal flora and pathogenic flora and can be used as a routine examination of vaginal secretions to screen vaginal complicated infection according to evaluation of vaginal microecology.
