摘　　要：陕西省高校图书馆已经普遍开展网上参考咨询服务并取得了一些成绩,但存在着发展不平衡、服务方式单一、服务政策不明确、服务质量有待提升等问题。加强宣传普及、发展合作参考咨询、建立复合参考咨询体系是促进虚拟参考咨询工作发展的有力措施。Virtual reference services have been carried out and the achievements has been attained in university libraries in Shaanxi Province in recent years.However,such problems as unbalanced development,few services,obscure policies,poor quality exist in the field.Wide propaganda,mutual collaboration,hybrid services are the feasible methods to promote virtual reference services.
