中药灭囊灵对体外猪囊尾蚴损伤作用的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：应用扫描电镜观察了药物体外作用于猪囊尾蚴的结果。２０％中药灭囊灵和０．０４％吡喹酮作用后均未见脱囊，二者对猪囊尾蚴的囊壁具有明显破坏作用，表现为囊壁萎缩，皮层外质膜受损，微毛结构不清或脱落，表面布满颗粒状物。１％阿苯达唑组有４６．７％囊尾蚴已脱囊，对脱囊囊尾蚴的颈节上皮有一定损伤作用。The effect of Chinese Materia Medica(CMM) in treating cysticercus cellulosae was observed with the scanning electron microscope(SEM) in vitro . All the cysticerci were not excystated after being treated with 20% of CMM and 0.04% of praziquantel(PQT). The CMM and PQT had marked damaging effect on the cyst wall of cysticercus cellulosae, which was showed by cyst walls shriveled, tegumental ectoplasts damaged, ultrastructures of microtriche not clear or exfoliated, some corpuscular matter densely distributed in the surface. In albendazole treated cysticerci, 46.7% of them were excystated, the cervical tegument was damaned to a certain degree. The results showed that CMM has marked damaging effect on cysticercus cellulosae.
