棘球蚴3种抗原在包虫病斑点酶联免疫吸附试验中特异性和敏感性比较

摘　　要：用羊源细粒棘球蚴囊液、原头蚴及生发层３种抗原，用酶标记羊抗人ＩｇＧ，对９４例包虫病患者、４４例非包虫患者及５０例健康人血清进行了斑点酶联免疫吸附试验。结果用囊液、原头蚴、生发层３种抗原的敏感性分别为９２．６％、９３．６％和９３．６％，５０例健康人血清均未出现假阳性反应，与各种肿瘤、各种炎症。HRP sheep antibody against human IgG Dot ELISA was performed with three kinds of Echinococcus granulosus antigen, which were E. granulosus hydatid fluid antigen(EgHF), E. granulosus protoscolex antigen(EgPS) and E. granulosus germinal layer antigen(EgGM). Sera of 94 patients with hydatid disease, 44 patients with nonhydatid disease and 50 healthy adults were examined. The result showed that the positive rates of sera from 94 patients with hydatid disease by Dot ELISA with EgHF, EgPS and EgGM were 92.6%, 93.6% and 93.6% respectively; non false positive reaction appeared in sera from 50 healthy adults. However, false positive results occurred in sera from some patients with tumor, inflammation, hepatitis or tuberculosis.
