摘　　要：简要介绍了我国当前的电力情况和采用蓄冷空调技术的移峰填谷作用。汇集了我国冰蓄冷和水蓄冷空调工程的现状、特点及今后进一步发展需要解决的问题。Outlines the present situation of electric power supply and the peak-load shifting effect of cool storage technology in China.Gathers the current status,characteristics and problems on further development of ice thermal storage and chilled water thermal storage air conditioning projects.
