摘  要:目的 探讨老年男性2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平及其临床意义.方法 将105例老年男性2型糖尿病患者根据骨密度(BMD)结果分为3组:骨量正常组34例、低骨量组39例、骨质疏松组32例,另设24例年龄匹配的健康体检者作为正常对照组,以酶标法检测各组血浆Hcy水平.结果 (1)骨质疏松组和低骨量组血浆Hcy水平明显高于骨量正常组及正常对照组(均P〈0.01),骨质疏松组水平则高于低骨量组(P〈0.05);(2)Hcy与L1-4及股骨颈BMD、BMI、PTH、VB12、E2呈负相关(r=-0.266、-0.300、-0.355、-0.353、-0.352、-0.445、-0.212、-0.236、-0.276,均P〈0.05).结论 老年男性2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松症患者血浆Hcy水平升高,其与骨质疏松的发生发展密切相关.Objective To evaluate plasma homocysteine Methods A total of 105 elderly male type 2 diabetics were evels in elderly male type 2 diabetics with primary osteoporosis. divided into 3 groups: normal group, osteopenia group and osteoporosis group. Plasma homocysteine levels were determined by ELISA. Results Plasma homocysteine levels were elevated in elderly male type 2 diabetics with primary osteoporosis. Plasma homocysteine levels had negative correlation with bone mineral density. Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinemia may be related closely to the development of primary osteoporosis in elderly male type 2 diabetics.
