金线鲃属的系统发育分析(鲤形目:鲤科:鲃亚科)

摘　　要：目的旨在揭示金线鱼巴属鱼类的种间亲缘关系。方法胰蛋白酶水解法制作骨骼标本，外类群分析法完成特征分析，Hennig86软件完成分支分析。结果获得了金线鱼巴属的系统发育分支图，揭示了该类群谷物种间亲缘关系。结论该属鱼类为一单源群，与四须鱼巴类和裂腹鱼类之间具有较近的亲缘关系。The aim of this paper is to explain the relationships of inter-species ofSinocyclocheilus. Methods With typsin to make Skeleton specimens, out-group analysis to judgecharacter states and Hennig 86 software to construct the cladogram. Results The cladogram whichmigth reveal the rdationshipe of inter-species of the genus was reconstructed. Conlusions The genuswas proved to be a monophyly and to be closely related to Barbodes and SchiZothoracine.
