苗族胎儿11项生长发育指标的研究

摘　　要：目的研究苗族胎儿宫内生长发育规律。方法对其13一41wk正常胎儿侧身长、体重、头围、胸围、腹围、上臂围、顶臀长双项径、足底长，13～35wk者加测右肱骨、股骨长。结果共测870名，体重于22wk后增长加快，最快为22一27wk，36wk后无明显减弱现象。身长、头围28wk前增长快于28wk后。其余指标无特殊增长加快期，37wk后除体重外各项指标增长缓慢。26～27wk及34～35wk时有增长高峰。结论苗族胎儿宫内发育有其民族特征，围产保健应掌握此特征，加强对两个生长高峰的监护，并可作为IUGR诊断标准之一。Investigated Miao race regarding the increasing regulation of l1 normal fetaldevelopment parameters. Methods For norml fetus of 13 ~41 gestational age group, 9 developmentparameters such as crown-heel length, weight, head circumference, chest circurnference, abdominalcircurnference, upper arms circurnferece, crown-rump length, biparetal diameter and foot length weremeasured. For 13~ 35 gestational weeks, besides all those had mentioned above two more parameterswere measured: the right hurnerus length and the femur length. Results Investigated total 870 cases.The growth of weight was accelerating after the 22 gestational age group. The highest increase was inthe 22~27 gestational weeks. The growth of the weight was no obviously reduced after 36 gestationalweek. The growth of crown-heel lengh and head circumference were faster before 28 gestational weekthan after it. The other parameters had no special increasing peried of growth. After 37th gestationalweek, the growth of all parameters excopt weight became slower. The growth peaks occurred between26~27 and 34~35 gestational weeks. Conclusions The development of Miao racial fetus had its racialcharacteristic. When we do perinatal monitor, we should understand the regulation of fetal developmentand take more care of the two growth peaks. It could be used as one of the diagnosis criteria of IUGR.
