转炉氧枪除渣器的结构设计与运动分析

摘　　要：根据某炼钢厂转炉清渣平台的实际空间布置设计了一种氧枪除渣器,其中包括转臂支座、转臂和除渣刀等结构的设计;并且对除渣器转臂的运动状况进行了分析,得到了其运动规律成余弦规律变化;最后分析了气缸对转臂的柔性驱动,以便达到除渣器对氧枪的柔性抱枪。According to the actual spatial arrangement platform of slag clear in some Iron and Steel Company and to design a lance slag cleaner,the design of main structure is cradle of transfer arm,transfer arm and deslag knife etc;and an analysis of the law of transfer arm movement,transfer arm rotational angular velocity is cosine changing law.The cylinder-rotating flexible drive transfer arm is analyzed finally,in order to achieve the oxygen gun slag cleaner to flexible hold lance.
