摘　　要：某冷轧厂酸洗线上的活套车工作时,托辊座的固定螺栓经常发生断裂破坏。现对不同工况下托辊座进行受力分析,运用强度分析理论,发现托辊座螺栓属于疲劳破坏,并提出了相应的改造方案,取得了良好的效果,保证了生产的正常进行。While the looper car is working in the cold rolling mill′s pickling line,the fracture of fixed bolts in the support roller seat is happened frequently.Under different loading conditions,the force analysis to the bolts has been made in this article.Then breakage reason of bolts in support roller seat has been found by using fatigue analysis theory,and the corresponding improvement program has been proposed which has achieved good results and ensures the normal production.
