摘　　要：对项目调研的可操作性方法和实施步骤做了研究,从准备阶段、实施阶段和完成阶段三部分诠释和分析了项目调研在每个步骤应当关注和落实的重点,以及各种方法和注意点。This paper makes a study of the project operational methods and implementation steps,interprets and analyzes the attention focus on the implementation in three phases：the preparation phase,the implementation phase and the completion phase.
