摘　　要：介绍了利用三菱FX1NPLC对X6132型万能铣床的改造设计;阐述了系统改造方案,同时根据铣床的控制要求及特点;确定了PLC的输入、输出分配,在继电器线路的基础上,设计出梯形图程序并进行现场调试。This paper introduces the reformation of milling machine X6132 by Mitsubishi FX1N Series PLC and the system reformation project,in the meantime,PLC input and output are specified,a control trapezoid disagram is designed and on-site debugging is made according to the control and characterristics of the machine.
