服装生产外包中的跟单管理分析

摘　　要：基于目前生产外包的方式已普遍存在于服装行业,外包使跟单管理变得复杂和困难的背景,在查阅相关文献的基础上发现,服装生产外包无论对代工企业还是委托制造企业都有一定的好处;通过实地调研服装企业及案例分析,得出生产外包跟单中存在的主要问题,并提出针对性的解决方案。At present,production outsourcing is widely applied in the apparel industry.However,quality control is becoming more difficult and complicated because of outsourcing.In view of this situation,based on some relevant literatures and survey research,apparel production outsourcing is good for foundry and contract manufacturing enterprises;Meanwhile,main problems existed in course of apparel production outsourcing were found by means of investigation on the clothing enterprises＇ spot and case studies,and some targeted suggestions were given according to these main problems.
