雌雄大鼠内侧杏仁核后背部细胞数的数学重建和比较

摘　　要：目的研究雌、雄大鼠内侧杏仁核后背部的细胞数量并确定是否存在性别差异。方法应用Ｒｏｓｅ数字重建方法，对内侧杏仁核后背部的细胞数量进行定量分析。结果雄性大鼠后背部的细胞数（１３３３１±１７５４个）显著大于雌性（８６５５±９９１个），Ｐ＜０００１。Objective To investigate the cell number of the posterior part of the medial amygdaloid nucleus in the rat and determine if the cell number is sexually different.Methods With Rose mathematical reconstruction method, the cell number of the posterior part of the medial amygdaloid muclens were quantitatively analysed.Result The cell number of the male rat (13331±1754) was significantly greater than that of the female rat (8655±991), P<0.001.Conclusion The existence of sex difference in cell number of the posterior part of the medial amygdaloid nucleus have been demonstrated.
