摘　　要：无锡市人民医院信息化建设以"国内一流、国际先进"为目标,以"高起点规划、高质量建设、高水平管理"为要求,以一体化建设为基础,充分体现以"病人为中心"的服务理念和科学发展的宗旨,造就了医疗服务的系统化、智能化、人性化、现代化,缓解了群众"就医难"的现象,缩小了患者对医疗服务的期望质量与体验质量值的差距,实现了跨越式发展。With the objectives of first class in China and advanced in international and the requirement of high starting point, high quality construction and good management, based on the integrated construction and achieve the goals of patient oriented development, Wuxi People＇ s Hospital has built an integrated information system. Based on the information system, medical service has had systematization, intelligent, humanism and modernization, has relieved the difficulty of visiting a doctor and has shorted the gap between expectation and actual experience. Hospital has got a rapid development.
