摘 要:为了增加制造资源利用率,降低制造成本,提高我国企业的制造能力和水平,降低劳动强度,对网络环境下制造业信息集成体系结构及其描述方法、实施策略进行了分析和探讨,给出了网络环境下制造业信息集成的实施过程,针对传统模式的制造业实施方法的不足,构建了一种网络环境下制造业信息集成系统,最后用一个实例验证了上述系统.实施结果表明,该系统不仅改变了企业应用网络化进行制造的方式,可大大改善企业的经济状况,而且可以改变制造业运营模式,为企业实施网络化制造业信息集成提供了理论基础.In order to increase the utilization of manufacturing resource, lower the cost of manufacturing and improve the capability and levels of our enterprises manufacturing, and reduce the labor intensity, manufacturing information integration architecture under the network environment and its description and implementation strategy were expounded, and itsimplementaryprocess wasgiven.Concerned aboutthe drawback of thetraditionalmanufactureing implementation, asortof manufacturing informationintegration systemunder thenetwork environment was constructed. Finally, the given system was verified by an example, and the implementary results show that the proposed system improve not only the way of enterprise using the networking to manufacture and its economic situation, but also the operating mode, which provides a theoretical basis for the enterprise implementing the networking and manufacturing information integration.
