摘　　要：工作流管理技术作为一种过程管理的核心技术,不仅强调某个环节的完成情况,而且还要求从整个流程的角度来看待该环节的管理过程,把完成最终的服务管理目标作为流程管理的目标。将工作流技术引入电子政务行政审批系统开发,实现流程、业务和管理职责、管理岗位的标准化,将有利于提高政务流程的重组和规范程度。随着城市的不断发展和信息技术的逐步推广应用,人们不再满足于独立、零散的办公环境,更追求综合化、集成化的办公解决方案,作为一种对常规性事务进行管理、集成的技术,工作流正顺应了这种发展趋势。Workflow management technology is one of the core technologies for the process management,which emphasizes not only the accomplishment of a certain single step,but also the final goal of service management target which is also considered to be the target of the process management.In fact,the application of workflow technology into E-government system will realize the idea of standardization of management responsibilities and its respective management posts,which is extremely beneficial for the enhancement of the reshuffling of the governmemt affairs and for extending the degrees of regulation.With the developmet of cities and the application of the information technology,people are no longer satisfied with doing the office work in a separated and fragmented way,but in one that is comprehensive and integrated.Therefore,As a routine affairs management and integrated technology,workflow is just conformed to this trend.
