摘　　要：近年来,外商在华直接投资呈现明显的独资化倾向,引起了国内学术界和有关部门的广泛关注。作为对外直接投资的主要载体,跨国公司在实施全球供应链管理战略的过程中,一方面会加强对核心技术、关键业务的掌控,另一方面会转变在华企业在跨国公司全球供应链体系中角色,这都将促使跨国公司选择控制程度更高的独资企业。Foreign direct investment in China has obviously been tended to sole ownership in recent years,which has captured much attention from the domestic academia and the relevant departments.In the implementation of global supply chain management strategy,the multinational corporation,as the main carrier of foreign direct investment,will strengthen the control to the core technologies and the essential business,while it causes the role change of the corporations in China are playing in the whole world supply chain system of the multinational corporation.This will urge the multinational corporation to select a proprietorship with higher control degree.
