摘　　要：论述了一种能提高ＡＴＭ（异步转移模式）交换系统呼叫处理能力的方法，即在交换系统中把呼叫处理能力分布到各接口模块，从而克服了集中式呼叫处理交换机中的瓶颈现象。根据呼叫处理在接口模块中的分布程度，又分为分布信令呼叫处理、分布呼叫控制处理和分布路由呼叫处理３种结构。This paper presents a method for enhancing call processing performance in ATM switches which distributes call processing power to each network interface module in a switch and overcomes the deficiencies associated with centralized call processing architecture.According to the degree of call processing power distribution,there are three architectures:distributed signaling architecture,distributed call control architecture and distributed routing architecture.
