摘 要:本文主要介绍通过使用WFX-910型便携式现场检测原子吸收光谱仪(以下简称便携式仪器)和常规石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪(以下简称常规石墨炉仪器),分别对镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、锰(Mn)、铅(Pb)这五种元素的工作曲线、检出限、特征量与精密度等数据进行对比分析,在实验过程中优化便携式仪器的分析条件,比较便携式仪器同常规石墨炉仪器的分析能力差异与使用特点。此外,实验过程中还通过对模拟天然水基体国家标准物质的测量,考察便携式仪器对实际样品的测量能力,得到满意的结果。仪器主要结构是由空心阴极灯光源、钨丝电热原子化系统和小型化CCD光谱仪组成,具有小巧便携、能耗低、可用于野外快速检测等特点,在仪器分析领域中可望获得良好的发展前景。The performance of the WFX-910 fi eld-portable atomic absorption spectrometer (AAS) was compared to that of a conventional graphite furnace AAS for analysis of cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), and lead (Pb). We compared the two instruments for determination of the standard curves, detection limits, absorption features, and precision. The differences in the performance and applications of the two instruments were described and the conditions for using the fi eld-portable analyzer were optimized. In addition, we performed analysis of the National Standard Reference Materials (GBW) metal constituents in natural water matrices to test the capabilities of the fi eld-portable analyzer and obtained satisfactory results. The fi eld-portable analyzer is made of a hollow cathode lamp, a tungsten coil electrothermal atomizer, and a miniature CCD spectrometer; and has the characteristics of portability and low energy consumption, ideally suited for quick analysis in the fi eld. The WFX-910 merits further development to meet the needs of specialized instrumental analysis.
